Shipping

  • All A Legacy Original™ covers are custom made upon order. However, we will do our best to ship it as soon as we can.

  • We Ship UPS & USPS Priority Mail, unless specified otherwise. Overnight & 2-Day delivery is available for an extra fee.

  • Most orders will be shipped within 4 weeks after your order is received.

  • We send an email notification upon shipment and will include the tracking number.

Payment:

A Legacy Original™ can be ordered through our secure platform.  We accept all major credit cards – American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We process all credit cards through PayPal for your security and protection. Sales tax is not collected unless your purchase is made in the State of Georgia.

No Risk Guarantee:

You can feel totally at ease when doing business with us. We always refund our customers (within 30 days) their full purchase price should they not be entirely satisfied with their A Legacy Original™ cover or accessory.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We attempt to have the latest and most accurate information possible on availability, policy and pricing but reserve the right to make changes as market conditions change.

Secure Transactions:

We want to assure you that every purchase you make from Legacy Grill Covers & Accessories, LLC is a secure transaction.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt. Therefore, open your package and inspect upon receipt.

Before returning an item, you must get a Return Authorization number (to ensure proper tracking of your return). Any unused, resalable merchandise in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt (less the shipping cost).

A 15% restocking fee may apply when returning certain items. Our customer service representatives can give you more information.

Purchasers will be refunded their purchase price less the actual original shipping costs to the customer.

Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways.

Defective merchandise after 15-day period is under warranty. If you should receive any item that is “defective on arrival”, please contact us immediately so we can either replace the item at our expense, or refund your purchase in full.

Sales Tax:

Tax will only be collected if merchandise is being shipped to the state of Georgia.
